I brought my truck in for a repair on a recall. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. My dog was with me and she got all the love from the service advisors and sales people! Dave, the service advisor I dealt with, was great. And the shop even washed my truck before returning it to me! Never had that kind of service when the dealership was run by Bill Mathews Motors.
